Liquid screed price cost per m2

This very much depends on factors including amount of screed needed & location of jobsite
for example larger areas would be cheaper than smaller areas per m2

Liquid screed thickness

Flowing screed can be laid at 50mm on top of underfloor heating as opposed to the 65mm to 75mm required with traditional sand and cement screed, so the drying times are substantially reduced.  More importantly though, your underfloor heating can warm the room faster because not only is flowing screed more efficient but there is less material for the heat to transfer through.

Liquid Flow Screed

In the last 20 years anhydrite liquid flow screed has been a popular option replacing the traditional screed. Liquid screed has stronger compressive and flexural strength than the original sand / cement screed. It fully compacts and makes for faster construction of buildings and is perfect for use with underfloor heating. We are able to lay as much as 800m2 in a day and our portfolio includes projects such as the Celestia apartments in Cardiff South Wales which used around 2500 cubic meters of liquid screed.
